At BeKind125, each item is made to order specifically for you once your purchase is placed. This allows us to reduce overproduction and operate sustainably.
Because all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Sale items or gift cards
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. BeKind125 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
